• All Payments are non refundable. Rescheduling appointments must be 24 hours prior. You may reschedule your photoshoot appointment within 30 days of the original scheduled shoot.

• DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THE REMAINING/FULL AMOUNT MUST BE PAID 48 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT/SERVICES.

• All appointments require a mandatory consultation with the photographer to discuss full details.

• Any appointment booked less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to pay an additional $25.

• Appointments start at the time booked by the client.

• Any scheduled appointment 50 Miles or greater will be charged an additional $50.

• After 15 minutes late, the client will be charged an additional $50.

• After 30 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled without refund.

• Final edits may take up to 7 days before final processing and completion.

• RUSH DELIVERY may be available for an additional fee. If interested, please notify the photographer prior to booking.

• All raw files can be purchased for an additional fee.

• These are part of the Terms of Service, and must be checked in order to book J.Reed Productions, LLC.
